COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove burek from all packaging, place in a suitable oiled cooking tray
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius and cook for
- 30-35 minutes for traditional handstretch burek
- 20-25 minutes for fingers and small spiral burek
- 25-30 for large spiral burek
(for best result allow burek to thaw out and apply margarine before and after cooking)
